Maharashtra ke Aurangabad me rehne wale Rahim Khan Sandu Khan (43yrs) ke khilaf 2007 me Bijli Chori ka mamla darj hua tha aur 2016 me Additional Sessions court ne Doshi mante hue 2 saal ki saza sunaya tha jispar Bombay High Court me saza ke order ko challenge karne par Bail mil gayi thi

Iss sab ke chalte Khan ne Bombay High Court me appeal kiya tha ke April se September 2025 ke dauran usse Haj karne ke liye jaane diya jaaye

 

Iss case ki suneai karte hue Bombay High Court ki Aurngabad bench ke Justice Abhay S. Waghwase ne Khan ko Hajj karne jaane ki izazat di aur kaha ke yeh uske dharam me compulsory hai

 

Sath hi Court ne iss permission ka missuse nahi karne ka undertaking dene kaha aur Travel details, tickets, airline police aur court ko batane kaha
