February 2022 mein BJP led government ke dauran ek order issue hua tha jisme educational institutions mein uniform rules ko strict banaya gaya tha aur hijab ko lekar state-wide controversy shuru ho gayi thi. Yeh issue baad mein court tak bhi pahucha tha
13 May ko Department of School Education and Literacy ke naye order ke mutabik students
Hijab, Turban, Sacred thread, Rudraksha jaise religious symbols prescribed uniform ke saath educational institutions mein pehen sakenge.
Yeh guidelines government, aided aur private schools aur pre-university colleges par lagu hongi.
