India holds up a mirror to Pakistan at the UNHRC; delivers a stern rebuttal on issues ranging from terrorism to PoK.

India once again delivered a strong response to Pakistan from the platform of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva. Responding to Pakistan raising the Kashmir issue, Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi clearly stated that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral and inalienable part of India and that Pakistan must vacate the territory it occupies. India also raised concerns regarding Pakistan’s involvement in terrorism, its economic crisis, and the plight of minorities. The Indian side asserted that instead of coveting others’ territory and promoting cross-border terrorism, Pakistan should focus on its own economy and development.
