BJP Sarkar ne IT Rules me jo amendment kiya tha, uske tahat Government related social media posts par fake ya false content ko identify karne ka pravdhan tha.

Iss Amendment ke khilaf Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra, Editors Guild of India, News Broadcast and Digital Association aur Association of Indian Magazines ne Bombay High Court me petitions daakhil ki thi.

Bombay High Court ke Justice Chandurkar ne sunwai ke dauran IT Rules ko unconstitutional karar dete hue kharij kar diya.
