Iqbal Ahmed Parbhani case main allegedly ISISI member ki Bombay High Court ne Bail grant kiya 

Parbhani module jisme Parbhani Superintendent ki office main Terror Attcak ki planning banayi ja rahi thi iss case main Iqbal Ahmed Kabir Ahmed (28yrs) ko 7 August 2016 main arrest kiya gaya tha allegedly ISISI member batakar jise Bombay High Court ne aaj conditionally bail diya 

Justices SS Shinde and NJ Jamdar division bench ne Iqbal Ahmed Kabir Ahmed ki bail grant kiya iss condition par 

Rs 1 lakh and one or two solvent sureties of the same amount

Appear before the NIA twice a week for the first month and then once a week for the next two months

Appear before the NIA once a month till the completion of the trial

The appellant shall attend each and every date of the trial and not leave Mumbai without prior permission of the NIA court

He has been restrained from tampering with the evidence, from contacting any accused and influencing any witnesses

Iqbal Ahmed ko UAPA ke tehat arrest kiya gaya tha
