Bombay High Court ne NCB ko sakht shabdon me fatkaar lagate hue kaha ki sirf kisi aaropi ke aarop ya anonymous complaints ke aadhar par apne hi investigating officer IRS Sameer Wankhede ke khilaaf inquiry shuru karna criminal justice system me “recipe to chaos” yani afra-tafri paida kar sakta hai.
