Social activist Muhammad Jameel Merchant ne Malwani ke Old Collector Compound (OCC) aur New Collector Compound (NCC) mein chal rahe SRA scheme survey par sakht aitraaz jataya hai.

Unhone maang ki hai ki transparency aur protection ke wahi parameters aas-paas ke baaki sabhi slum pockets par bhi lagu kiye jaayen, jinmein MHB Colony, MHADA Colony, BMC Colony, Scholar Colony, aur area ki baaki sabhi slum colonies shamil hain.

Is objection mein redevelopment process mein transparency ki kami ko lekar Jameel merchant ne gambhir chinta zahir ki gayi hai.

No Carpet Area Disclosure: Slum dwellers ko allot kiye jaane wale exact carpet area aur built-up area ko clarify nahi kiya gaya hai.

Religious Structures: In slum areas mein maujood Mandirs, Masjids, Madrasas, Gurdwaras, Jain Derasars, Budh Viharas aur Churches ke rehabilitation ka koi clear plan nahi diya gaya hai.

Lack of Official Documents: Koi official Government Resolution (GR), layout plans, ya builder/developer ki details public ke saath share nahi ki gayi hain.

Relocation Uncertainty: Affected tenements ko kis rehabilitation site par shift kiya jayega, uska landmark ya address ki koi jaankari uplabdh nahi hai.

Jameel Merchant ne Hon’ble Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister aur anya concerned authorities ko ek formal letter submit kiya gaya hai, jismein maang ki gayi hai ki survey tabhi conduct kiya jaaye jab sabhi relevant plans aur policies residents ke saamne poori tarah disclose kar di jaayen.

Legal Action Warning:
Social activist Muhammad Jameel Merchant ne administration ko sakht chetavni di hai. Agar government aur SRA ne turant is non-transparent survey ko nahi roka aur in sabhi colonies ke gareeb residents ki grievances ko address nahi kiya, to woh High Court ka rukh karenge taaki insaaf mil sake aur Malwani ke logon ke rights ki hifazat ki ja sake.
