Court ne BMC ke faisle ko support kiya, jisme health concerns jaise asthma aur lung diseases ke wajah se 51 kabutarkhanas band kiye gaye.

Court ke Justices G S Kulkarni aur Arif Doctor ne kaha ki human health sabse pehle hai, aur religious ya cultural sentiments ke bawajood public health pe compromise nahi ho sakta

BMC ne Dadar ke iconic kabutarkhana ko tarpaulin se cover kiya, lekin Jain community aur animal lovers ne iska virodh kiya, aur kuch ne tarpaulin hata diya.
