Key INDIA bloc meeting: Some parties present, others absent! BJP claims the grand alliance has fractured even before the elections.
A crucial meeting of the INDIA bloc is taking place in Delhi today regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls. Opposition parties will discuss their future strategy concerning issues related to the Election Commission, SIR, EVM-VVPATs, and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. However, the picture regarding opposition unity remains unclear even before the meeting begins. While Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee have arrived in Delhi, Uddhav Thackeray will join virtually, and Akhilesh Yadav will not attend; meanwhile, the AAP and DMK have kept their distance.
