High Court ne 31st March tak ka Stay grant karte hue BMC ko Bhi Direction diya hai ki 31st March tak koyi bhi Demolition na kare aur Demolition par Rokh lagayi hai

Directive to MCGM & All Municipal Corporation in Maharashtra by Bombay High Court

Not to Demolish, Evict, and/or hold auctions of attached properties for a specified period with a caveat that if the Corporation in some extra ordinary cases, for Compelling reasons are Required to do so, they shall be at liberty to Move the appropriate courts and obtain necessary orders.
