Mamata Banerjee has suffered another major setback. Madan Mitra has resigned from all his posts within the TMC and joined the faction led by Ritabrata Banerjee. Mitra claims that Abhishek does not heed Mamata Banerjee and insists on having his own way; meanwhile, the condition of the Trinamool Congress (under Mamata Banerjee) is deteriorating day by day.
