Maharashtra me Journalist par hamla karnewalo ki ab khair nahi.
Journalist Protection Draft Bill ko CM Fadnavis ne Assembly me pesh kiya jise Maharastra Cabinet ne approved kiya hai.
Maharashtra Desh ka pahela state hai jaha ye Journalist Protection Bill pass hua hai.
Journalist Protection Bill ki maang 2005 se ho rahi hai, 12 saal baad ye demand Maharashta Cabinet ne puri ki.
Proposed Bill me Attacker ko 3 Years ki Jail and Rs. 50,000 fine bharna padega.
The hospital and other expenses too would be borne by the offender. If the act is being misused by journalist there is also a provision in the act that stipulates legal action against the scribe.
