Aaj Iss Mamle Ki Sunwai Karte Hue Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna Aur Justices PV Sanjay Kumar Aur KV Viswanathan Ki Bench Ne Desh Bhar Me Chal Rahe Sabhi Survey Par Rok Lagadi Hai.
Sath Hi Supreme Court Ne Desh Bhar Ki Nichli Adaalaton Ko Order Diya Hai Ke Iss Mamle Ki Agli Sunwai Tak Masjidon Ke Survey Ka Koi Bhi Mamla Admit Ya Pass Na Karna.
Supreme Court Ne Kaha, “No Order of Survey Or Any Other Effective Order to Be Passed in Existing Suits As Well.”
