The border area between Prayagraj and Kaushambi in UP was rocked by a massive explosion at a firecracker factory. The sheer scale of the blast is evident from the fact that 11 people—including eight children—lost their lives, while many others are reported to be critically injured or suffering from severe burns. According to reports, the explosion was so intense that the entire factory was reduced to rubble. Several houses within a 100-meter radius were damaged, with some even collapsing completely. The incident occurred at 12:30 PM in Mohammadpur village, located on the Prayagraj border. Police suspect that people may still be trapped under the debris, meaning the death toll could rise further.
