Following the protests at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, the student agitation has now intensified in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Thousands of aspirants have taken to the streets to protest against alleged rigging, paper leaks, and irregularities in the JPSC and JSSC examinations. Students are demanding a CBI inquiry, the cancellation of the exams, the conduct of fresh, transparent examinations, and strict action against those responsible. The movement has also taken a political turn, with the government and the opposition facing off over the issue.
