Complainant aur uske bhai ko illegally banned Gutkha sale karne ke case se bachane ke liye Mumbra Police Constable Uday Bhaskar Kripan (30yrs) ne Rs 1.20 lakh rishwat maanga 

Mumbra Police Constable Kirpan ne 2 Bhaiyo se Illegal banned Ghutka bechne par case nahi banane ki demand ki thi Rs 1.5 lakh ki Demand ki thi 

Ist Instalment Rs 30,000 Le chuka tha 2nd Instalment Rs 50000 Par ACB ne Raid ki thi par Kirpan ne paise nahi liye 

ACB ne Phone conversation par paise ki demand ko lekar Case darj kiya

Mumbra police station main mamla darj under sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
