“No Bulldozers for Jauhar University”: Where did the SP delegation go?

The demolition of 38 illegal structures at Azam Khan’s Jauhar University is imminent. Amidst this, a high-level Samajwadi Party delegation, led by the Leader of the Opposition in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Mata Prasad Pandey, met Rampur District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi. During the meeting, the SP leaders strongly opposed the order to demolish the 38 buildings at Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar University; they submitted a memorandum demanding the immediate revocation of the order, urging the government to withdraw it as the future of thousands of students is at stake.
