Political rhetoric has intensified in Bihar following the expulsion of MLA Anant Singh from the JD(U). On Monday, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav took a dig at the situation, pointing to the fate of those who betrayed the party. He clarified that no offer has been extended to Anant Singh from his side. Using this as an opportunity, Tejashwi also reminded others of those leaders who had previously left the RJD to join the opposing camp. Tejashwi Yadav further remarked that these individuals had betrayed the RJD and had been used by Nitish Kumar; he firmly asserted that there is no place for traitors within the RJD.
