Mulund Traffic Department ke on Duty Constable Dynashwar Wagh RRD Road Mulund West par MH 03 DH 3970 scooty ka challan kat rahe they tabhi scooty owner Shopkeepar Jatin Satara (32yrs) Police ko Abuse karne laga police ne Jatin Satara ko Abuse aur Assault karne ke aarop main arrest kiya iss incidence ka video social media par jamke viral hua
