On the occasion of Children’s Day, I was glad to attend Children Speak, forward-looking event championed by 11 NGOs including Prerana, Leher, Pratham, Jan Jagruti Vidyarthi Sangh, Apnalaya, SNEHA, SUPPORT, Salaam Baalak Trust, Mumbai Mobile Creches, Karunya Trust and the Committed Communities Development Trust to hear from the voices of tomorrow.

These young voices presented to me their own vision and ideas for a manifesto, offering invaluable insights into how they view their future and how we can work toward building it together.
Their inspiring perspectives on topics like Child Friendly Spaces, Protection against Abuse, Safe and Hygienic facilities and enhanced learning environments among other things helped me see the vision that the next generation has and the role they can play in shaping a tomorrow where all of us will flourish.
