Over 200 candidates protest outside Deputy CM’s residence in Lucknow, demanding appointments

On Tuesday morning, more than 200 young candidates gathered outside the residence of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak in Lucknow to protest over various demands. Carrying banners and posters, the candidates are calling for appointments, an acceleration of the recruitment process, and action on pending issues. Several demands were raised, including the release of medical results for 709 Forest Guard recruitment posts, the issuance of a new notification for Lab Technician recruitment, and the initiation of the ADO recruitment process for 612 posts. Security guards removed from the Health Department demanded reinstatement, while candidates related to Allopathic Pharmacy recruitment and the UPSSSC waiting list also joined the protest. Police forces have been deployed outside the Deputy CM’s residence, and the candidates remain firm on their demands.
