Pollution has become a major concern in Delhi-NCR; GRAP-2 measures have been implemented as air quality in several parts of the capital has reached ‘very poor’ levels.

The air in Delhi-NCR has turned toxic, making even the simple act of breathing a challenge. The Air Quality Index (AQI) in the capital has crossed the 300 mark, while pollution levels in Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Faridabad also remain a cause for serious concern. Given the situation, restrictions under GRAP-2 have been enforced. But the question remains: when will the air quality in the NCR finally improve? The crisis is not limited to the capital alone; other cities across the NCR are also bearing the brunt of this pollution.
