Protesters hold 90-minute talks with the Soren government, yet the JPSC-JSSC student agitation continues.

Student protests against irregularities in various government examinations—including JPSC and JSSC—are ongoing in Jharkhand, marking the 15th day of the agitation today. Despite incessant rain, scorching sun, and storms, the students have not left Ranchi’s Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium; they remain steadfast in their demands. However, amidst the protests, the first formal dialogue between the state government and a student delegation took place on Friday evening. The meeting, held at the State Guest House in Morhabadi, lasted approximately an hour and a half, concluding at 9:25 PM. Student representatives described the talks as positive.
