Uproar ensued during the monsoon session of the UP Legislative Assembly when Samajwadi Party leaders displayed a photograph of CM Yogi. The Speaker had directed SP MLA Sachin Yadav not to do so, but he persisted; subsequently, Yadav was suspended from the Assembly. He will be unable to participate in the Assembly proceedings for the next two days. UP Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana was seen in a rare state of anger—something not witnessed in the last four years. Rising from his seat, he shouted, “Sachin Yadav, leave the House.”
