Central Railway aur Western Railway par aarop hai ki passengers ko official helpline ki jagah WhatsApp aur personal numbers par complaints karne ke liye guide kiya ja raha hai.
Is wajah se kai complaints official system mein record hi nahi ho pa rahi hain, jisse accountability par sawal uth rahe hain.
Indian Railways ke 139 helpline par complaints mein 9% ki kami aayi hai, lekin insiders ka kehna hai ki yeh service improve hone ki wajah se nahi, balki diversion ki wajah se hai.
Official 139 system har complaint ko track karta hai, lekin WhatsApp complaints ka koi proper record nahi banta. Passengers bhi confuse hain ki complaint ke liye kaunsa platform use karein—official ya informal.
