Rakhi, smiles, and children’s dreams: A special Raksha Bandhan celebration with PM Modi

On the special occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated the festival with schoolgirls and students at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg. Young girls tied colorful and unique Rakhis on PM Modi’s wrist. Some Rakhis carried messages of environmental conservation, while others featured themes related to space and ‘Vande Mataram’. Many girls arrived with Rakhis they had crafted themselves. During the event, PM Modi conversed with the children about their studies, interests, and dreams for the future. Some students also recited poems, for which the Prime Minister offered his blessings and encouragement.
