PIL Public Interest may hota hai Kisi ke Withdraw Karne se PIL withdraw nahi hoti hai.
Aur kisi ke Kehna par police Uhi case nahi banati Pathan is Matter me Pura ke Pura Involved hai Gala Kabza Karne ke liye Pathan ne Bahar se Logo ko bulakar Room par Kabza Karne ki koshish Kiya hai.
Pathan ne Humari Company se Yeh matter ke liye Paise ke liye Demand bhi Kiya tha jis ka proof Humare pass Hai jo hum police ko Denge.
Police ne Shamsher Pathan ko haala ke Arrest nahi kiya hai par 149 ka Notice Diya hai.
