RSS Pracharak attacks Opposition, claims Muslims are being blackmailed; Congress and BJP clash

Politics surrounding the Muslim vote bank has intensified ahead of next year’s assembly elections. RSS Pracharak Indresh Kumar accused the INDIA alliance and certain Muslim political leaders of using Muslims for political gain. Following his statement, the Congress targeted the RSS and the BJP, while the BJP accused the Congress of engaging in Muslim vote-bank politics. Meanwhile, a war of words has also escalated in UP between Minister OP Rajbhar and the Samajwadi Party over the Muslim vote. On the other hand, Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi supported Indresh Kumar’s statement and accused the Samajwadi Party of politically exploiting the Muslim community.
