Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan ko Madhya Pradesh High Court se ek bada jhatka laga hai, jahan unki family ki Rs 15,000 crore ki ancestral properties ko ‘enemy property’ declare kiya gaya hai.

Yeh case Bhopal ke nawabi khandaan ke inheritance se juda hai aur ismein Saif, unki sisters Soha aur Saba, aur mother Sharmila Tagore bhi involved hain.

Court ne ek 25 saal purana trial court ka faisla palat diya hai aur ab is mamle ki nayi sunvai hogi.

Yeh properties 2014 se Custodian of Enemy Property Department ke notice ke under thi, aur ab government inhe seize kar sakti hai kyunki Saif ke family ne 30-day appeal deadline ke andar koi action nahi liya
