Showdown over Azam Khan ahead of 2027! Shivpal defends him; BJP launches a scathing attack

Political temperatures in UP are steadily rising ahead of the 2027 assembly elections. A war of words has intensified between the Samajwadi Party and the BJP over Azam Khan. Defending Azam Khan in Azamgarh, SP General Secretary Shivpal Yadav stated that Khan is being implicated in petty and false cases. Shivpal remarked that those responsible for framing him in this manner would incur a sin. Following Shivpal’s statement, the BJP hit back at the Samajwadi Party. Amidst the BJP leaders’ sharp reactions regarding Azam Khan, the SP has also clarified its stance; Akhilesh Yadav has already stated that Azam Khan will be released from jail once the SP forms the government.
