SP Student Wing Stages Fierce Protest in Lucknow; Activists Arrive with Nooses, Dragged Away by Police

On Thursday, the Samajwadi Party’s student wing staged a massive protest in the capital, Lucknow, over various issues. Demonstrators raised loud slogans against the government regarding matters such as paper leaks, unemployment, inflation, and alleged irregularities in Ram Mandir donations. Several activists arrived with nooses around their necks to register their protest, accusing the government of playing with the future of the youth. A heated altercation also broke out between the police and the SP activists during the demonstration.
