Voting underway for Bankipur by-election; Prashant Kishor’s allegations heat up the electoral atmosphere

Voting is currently underway for the high-profile Bankipur Assembly by-election in Bihar. Voters have been exercising their franchise since 7 AM. The by-election involves approximately 3.79 lakh voters, with 164 polling stations and 422 booths set up for the process. Stringent security arrangements have been put in place. During the voting, Prashant Kishor accused the police of harassing Jan Suraaj workers, while the BJP dismissed these allegations and claimed victory.
