All Restaurants , Gyms , Spas , Cinemas , Theaters can only operate at least 50 % of the capacity All such establishments should mention both the sanctioned full capacity and 50 % capacity .
Only 25 % of seating capacity is allowed at venues of sport events / ceremonies .
All eligible citizens should complete their covid vaccination . Only those who have completed vaccination will be allowed in public spaces
No New Year celebrations, ceremonies/parties/any other activities must be organized in any confined or open space within the BMC jurisdiction.
Gathering of groups or more than 5 people is not allowed at public places from 9 pm to 6 am.
Wedding/social/political/religious event/ceremony only 100 people allowed in confined spaces, 250 people in open spaces or 25% of total capacity, whichever is less.
For other gatherings, 50% seating is allowed in confined spaces with permanent seating arrangements, and only 25% seating is allowed with non-permanent seating arrangements.
