66A IT Act section hata diya jaye sabhi states & UTs se by Order Ministry of Home Affair

Ministry of Home Affair Govt of India ne sabhi states aur Union Territories se ko inform kiya hai ke ab se Police station main kisi par bhi Section 66A IT Act ka case register nahi liya jayega aur jispar yeh cases lagu hue hain usko withdraw kiya jaye 

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has requested States and UTs to direct all police stations under their jurisdiction not to register cases under the repealed Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000

if any case has been booked in States and UTs under section 66A of the IT Act, 2000, such cases should be immediately withdrawn
