A Case is registered under section 370 (4), (5), 294, 114, 34 IPC r/w 75, 79 JJ Act r/w 3, 8(1), (2), (4) of Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene in Hotels, restaurant & bar rooms and protection of dignity of women act 2016 r/w 131(A) Maharashtra Police Act at Samtanagar Police Station
