New Delhi: A significant bilateral meeting took place on Thursday between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever at Hyderabad House in New Delhi. During the meeting, the two leaders discussed various issues of mutual and global interest. Following the meeting, and in the presence of both heads of government, agreements were signed between the two nations covering sectors ranging from defense to food and clean energy. PM Modi remarked that the ties between India and Belgium run deep. He noted that shared democratic values, a market economy, and people-to-people connections make the two nations natural partners. PM Modi added that the partnership between the two countries has made remarkable progress across various sectors over the past decade.
