All India Khilafat Committee Ko Maharashtra Waqf Board Ka Notice, Accounts-Audit Report Aur Waqf Fund Jama Karne Ka Nirdesh

Maharashtra State Waqf Board ne Mumbai ke Love Lane sthit All India Khilafat Committee, Khilafat House ko Waqf Act 1995 ke Sections 44, 46, 47 aur 72 ke tahat notice jaari kiya hai.

Notice mein institution ko financial year 2023-24 tak ke Annual Accounts, Audit Report aur Waqf Fund Board ke paas jama karne ko kaha gaya hai. Board ne bataya ki accounts aur Waqf Fund jama nahi karne par Sections 64(1)(g) aur 61 ke tahat karwai ki ja sakti hai.

Notice ke mutabik, Waqf ki income receive karne ke baad contribution nahi dene par Mutawalli personally liable hoga aur outstanding contribution uske person ya property se recover kiya ja sakta hai.

Board ne institution ko Waqf Rules 2022 ke Form 15 mein annual budget har saal 1 October ya usse pehle jama karne ka nirdesh bhi diya hai.

Niyamon ka palan nahi karne par karwai ki warning di gayi hai.
Aapko bata dein ki All India Khilafat Committee, Khilafat House ka record 13 November 2003 ke Government Gazette mein publish hua tha.

Iske aadhar par Maharashtra State Waqf Board ne 20 March 2025 ko Committee ko Waqf Act 1995 ke Section 43 ke tahat deemed registered kiya.
