The Nashik court has granted bail on medical grounds to Nida Khan, the prime accused in the high-profile case involving alleged illegal religious conversion at TCS in Maharashtra. The court granted relief after the defense informed it that Nida Khan is pregnant. Co-accused Tausif Attar was also granted bail, whereas the bail plea of Danish Shaikh was rejected. Meanwhile, BJP leader Ram Kadam stated that the government would challenge this bail order in a higher court.
