Rain spells disaster in Wayanad; major accident at Malappuram tunnel site leaves 7 workers missing; rescue operations underway.

Heavy rains have once again caused massive devastation in Wayanad, Kerala. A major accident occurred in the Kalladi area due to a landslide during the construction of the Malappuram-Wayanad tunnel project. One worker died, several others were injured, and seven workers are reported missing. The NDRF, police, and local administration are actively conducting rescue operations.
