Mumbai, June 16 (NewsVoir): The inaugural Bharat Collections Awards & Summit 2025 was held on June 12 at The Lalit Mumbai, bringing together over 200 delegates, 50 speakers, and top leaders from India’s financial services sector.
Organized by The Brainalytics and supported by Spocto X and YuCollect, the event focused on innovation, empathy, and responsible debt collections powered by AI.
Keynote speaker Anil Tandon (HDFC Bank) highlighted the shift of collections from a backend process to a strategic function using AI and predictive analytics.
Krishnendu Majumdar (Yubi Group) discussed credit empowerment through AI and human collaboration, while panels featured top executives from banks including HDFC, SBI, IDBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI, Poonawalla Fincorp, and others.
Sessions also included insights from Ananth Shroff (DPDzero) on digital-first debt collections and Anirudh Yadava (Gnani.ai) on using generative AI for borrower engagement.
