Bombay High Court Ne Bakeries Ko Extension Dene Se Kiya Inkaar

Bombay High Court ne Mumbai ke bakeries ke ek application ko dismiss kar diya, jisme unhone wood-fired ovens se piped natural gas (PNG) par switch karne ke liye ek saal ka extension maanga tha.
Court ne kaha ki public ke clean aur green environment ke right ko chhoti si pareshani ke liye compromise nahi kiya ja sakta.
Yeh faisla Justices Shree Chandrashekhar aur Aarti Sathe ke division bench ne diya, jinhone 12 bakery owners ke plea ko reject kiya, jo BMC ke January 19 ke notices ko challenge kar rahe the, jisme July 8 tak cleaner fuel adopt karne ka order tha.
