The Disha Salian death case is taking new turns every day. Following an order from the Bombay High Court, the CBI has registered an FIR and is investigating the matter. Now, Nilesh Ojha—the lawyer representing Disha’s father, Satish Salian—has made another major claim. Ojha alleges that the CCTV recordings related to the incident were tampered with and that crucial footage was deleted. He claims that although the police had seized and sealed the DVR containing the CCTV footage, a subsequent demand for a forensic examination revealed that the video recordings from June 4 to June 9 had been deleted.
