Congress’s bold move for UP 2027: Will organizational changes alter the political equation?
Amidst the hurdles surrounding the alliance and seat-sharing talks between the Congress and the SP, the Congress has now geared up for the 2027 UP elections. As part of an organizational reshuffle in the state, the party has appointed Aradhana Mishra (alias Mona) as the President of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee and MP Imran Masood as the Working President. This decision has been welcomed by both leaders as well as others within the party, which has now fully immersed itself in preparations for the assembly elections.
