Novel coronavirus exist hi nahi karta hai aur Government ki yeh ek Sazish hai community mai kuch logo ko target karne ke liye aur Logo ko apni Information reveal nahi karni chahiye 

Shamim ko under section 188 and 505 of IPC and provisions of Disaster Management act ke tehet giraftar kiya gaya hai
