DRI recovers Demonitized Notes Worth Rs. 15.75 crore
New Delhi ke Jhandewala Metro Station pas DRI ne raid kar Demonitized notes seized ki.
Specified Bank Notes (Cessation of Liabilities) Act 2017 sec. 7 ke tahet jinke pas se demonitized notes limit se jyada milegi unpar sec. 5 ke tahet 10 thousand rupees or five times the amount of the face value of specified bank notes and whichever is higher charged kiya jayega.
Is matter me Rs. 78.75 crore ka fine lag sakta hai.DRI ne 10 logo ke khilaf mamla court me darj kiya hai.
