Wahi Gallinews ne jab Farhan Azmi se is baare mai baat ki toh Unhone kaha

Hotel Arabiana ke premises mai immoral/unethical business hote hue pakda gaya hai. Yeh Ek Cilvil Matter hai.Repeated Notice bhi di gayi hai.BMC ne 2 Baar illegal kaamo ke wajah se Demolish bhi kiya hai. Yeh Ek Civil Matter Hai.

It is a civil matter between the landlord and tenants. Hotel Arabiana was caught running an immoral / unethical business from this premises. Repeated notices were served. Bmc has demolished this twice for illegal construction. This place has no licenses, no fire compliance and operating illegally. Failure to adhere to the terms of agreement has lead to Termination of the leave and license agreement with this party. The premises is now in the possession of the landlord and if they do not want to settle the accounts amicably they are free to go to court. My lawyers will fight it there. As a law abiding citizen and conscious Muslim it was my duty to stop such activities.Said Farhan Azmi
