According to media report Is se Pehle Javed Shroff par staff ko 2 Mahine se salary nahi dena, Staff ko Harrasment karna aur Staff ko der raat tak har din Non Teaching activities mai Engaged rakhna ka bhi Dongri police mai Allegation Complaint darj ki gayi hai
Javed Shroff Chairman Habib Charitable Trust ne apne par lage aaroopo ko Fake and Bogus Bataya unho ne kaha
“These allegations are False, baseless and bogus to Presurise the Trust for Pending Enquires against her”
“Since Educational Department, MCGM has asked the Management to take action against her for misbehaving with Mr Vinod Kadam, Education Superintendent MCGM”.
“Edu Dept also Recommended Enquiry and Action against her upon Complaint by parents against her of Manhandling Children”
“Threatening Senior Teachers and Peons (Complaint given to Dongri Police Stn)”
“Due to the aforesaid several complaints against her and ongoing inquiries, Interim Committee for Enquiry as required By Education Department guidelines has been Formed”
“Therefore to pressurize the Trust she has made this false, baseless and motivated complaint”.
Dongri Police ne Under Sec 354 (A),504,506, 509, & Atrocity Act ke tahet Filhaal Mamla Darj kar Investigation shuru kar di hai
