Gurugram Hit-and-Run Case: Siya Alleges Deliberate Collision; Accused’s Side Denies Charges
The case involving the collision between a car and female biker Siya (alias Shivani Chauhan) in Gurugram is intensifying. Following the registration of an FIR, Siya recorded her statement at the Sector-56 police station on Tuesday and subsequently appeared before the media for the first time. She alleges that the car was speeding and its occupants were intoxicated. According to Siya, her bike was in the first lane when the car changed lanes, moved into the third lane, and struck her bike. She claims the collision was deliberate. Meanwhile, Naveen Baisla—the lawyer for the accused, Kalyan Baisla—dismissed these allegations, claiming that the bike was speeding and that Siya had challenged the car driver to a race. The lawyer maintained that the accused party was not at fault.
