BMC Executive Health Officer Dr Mangala Gomare ne kuch instructions diye hain jise log follow kar sakte hain garmi se bachne ke liye

Paani piyo agar aapko pyaas na ho toh bhi

light color ke halke loose ya cotton ke kapde pehne sath me ghar se bahar nikalne par sun goggles, umbrella/hat, shoes or slippers ka use karen

Travel karte waqt Paani aur Piyaaz (Kaanda) sath me carry karen

Alcohol, tea, coffee aur carbonated soft drinks (cold drinks) peena Avoid karen iss se body dehydrate hoti hai

High protein food aur Baasi khana khana Avoid karen

Outdoor kaam karne wale apna sir par hat ya umbrella use karen ya phir hosake toh head aur face Gamcha jaise cotton cloth se cover karen

Apne face head neck par geele kapde ka use karen

Drink homemade drinks jaise ORS, lassi, torani (rice water), lemon water, buttermilk, coconut water wagerah regular peete rahen yeh body ko re-hydrate karne me madad karega

Janwaron ko shed me rakhe aur unko bhi paani pilate rahen

Apne ghar ko cool rakhen curtains, shutters or sunshades ka use karen raat ko windows open rakhen

Fans, wet clothes ka use karen thande paani se nahana chaiye

Do not leave children or pets in parked vehicles.

Weak ya ill feel hone par immediately doctor ke pass jayen

Kisi ko heat stroke (Loo) lagajaye toh uss shaks ko dhoop se hatakar thandi jagah shed me lejayen, geele kapde se body poohanche aur sir par paani chidken jiss se high body temperature level ho

Aise shaks ki body rehydrate karne ke liye ORS or lemon syrup / torani jaise drinks pilayen

Yaad rakhen heatstroke jaanlewa hosakta hai iss liye iss se affected peraon ko turant Doctor ke pass lejayen
