J&K: 2 terrorists killed in Udhampur encounter; weapons and ammunition recovered

Security forces eliminated two terrorists during a major anti-terror operation in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. A joint search operation was launched by the Army, CRPF, and J&K Police following intelligence about the presence of suspected terrorists in the Bretal-Sohan-Khubban area of ​​Majalta. During the search, the terrorists opened fire on the security forces, triggering an encounter. Following an overnight operation, the bodies of two terrorists were recovered during a search at dawn. Weapons and ammunition were also seized from the site. Investigations are underway to determine if the slain terrorists were foreign nationals and to ascertain any potential links to Jaish-e-Mohammed.
